Mr. Harrison concentrates his practice in appellate procedure and law.  He has briefed appeals before the Arkansas Court of Appeals, the Arkansas Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.  Mr. Harrison has orally argued cases before the Arkansas Court of Appeals, the Arkansas Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

An avid writer on legal subjects, Mr. Harrison has, among other things, written a chapter related to handling appeals in Arkansas, which appears in a practice manual published by the Arkansas Bar Association.  In addition to his appellate practice, Mr. Harrison has handled many different issues for various clients at the trial-court level, state and federal.  And he was recently appointed by the Arkansas Supreme Court to serve a three-year term on the court's Civil Practice Committee.

Believing that it's important for lawyers to help the community, Mr. Harrison volunteers his time to Arkansas State University's undergraduate Moot Court Team, an activity that teaches students how to read, write, and argue legal issues to mock appellate judges.
