Mr. Jackson practices primarily in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, and medical malpractice defense.  He advises the firm's clients on various employment law matters, including termination and disciplinary issues, handbook and policy drafting, and compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and USERRA.  He has litigation experience representing employers in Title VII, Section 1981, Arkansas Civil Rights Act, ADA, and ADEA claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Arkansas state courts, Arkansas federal district courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  In the medical malpractice arena, Mr. Jackson has assisted in the representation of hospitals, clinics, nurses, and physicians in a variety of professional malpractice claims. He has also represented individuals and business entities in commercial disputes and collection matters in both state and federal court.

Mr. Jackson earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business, where he graduated summa cum laude and received the University Excellence in Leadership Award.  He received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor of the UALR Law Review.  While in law school, Mr. Jackson was active in the Little Rock chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters.  Today, he gives his time to the St. Bernards Advocates and the Jonesboro Rotary Club.
